Commerical & Domestic Gas engineer

* Overview
* A Domestic & Commercial Gas Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances in both residential and commercial settings. This dual-role position requires expertise across a wide range of gas technologies and compliance with safety regulations.

* Responsibilities
* * Installation & Maintenance
* * Install, service, and repair boilers, heating systems, and gas appliances in homes and commercial buildings

* Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on gas systems.

* Ensure all work complies with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998

* Identify and rectify unsafe situations following industry procedures.

* * Diagnostics & Testing
* * Perform fault diagnosis and testing of gas appliances and systems.

* Use diagnostic tools and software to assess system performance.

* Requirements

* * Essential Certifications
* * Gas Safe registration for both domestic and commercial work.

* Relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in plumbing or heating engineering.

* Experience with renewable heating technologies (e.g., heat pumps).

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
