Lidl Nederland zoekt een Teammanager Operations in het distributiecentrum te Tiel. Je stuurt circa 70 medewerkers aan en ontwikkelt het team, voert HR-gesprekken en zorgt voor optimale personeelsplanning en efficiëntie in retourstromen.
Je analyseert continu operationele cijfers, implementeert nieuwe concepten en bewaakt veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer. Een uitdagende rol met volop opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden bij Lidl.
