Mondzorg in Tiel zoekt een ervaren praktijkmanager die structuur brengt, mensen verbindt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. De functie is 24–40 uur per week en biedt ruimte voor eigen initiatief in een dynamische mondzorgpraktijk.
Je stuurt het team aan, coördineert dagelijkse praktijkvoering en bewaakt kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met behandelaren, HR en ondersteunende afdelingen om processen te verbeteren en een stabiele werkomgeving te creëren.
