Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant role is responsible for supporting accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and contributing to key accounting processes across month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities. This position plays a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency within a dynamic, international organization committed to collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Senior Accountant – Contract to Hire, located in Tiffin, OH. Fully onsite.

• Support accurate financial reporting through meticulous accounting practices.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
• Contribute to month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities.
• Ensure operational efficiency in all accounting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus.

$42.00 – $43.00 per hour.
