Command the service board, optimize technician routing, manage the warranty claim pipeline, and elevate our field technicians. You are the operational hub of the service department.

• Board Command & Routing:
  Route technicians efficiently across Tiffin, Fremont, and Findlay territories.
• Technical Support & Training:
  Provide office-based troubleshooting for high-end units (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Bosch). Design and implement upgrade training plans for technicians.
• Warranty & Reporting Administration:
  Process warranty claims accurately. Read, analyze, and file detailed service reports.
• Parts & Manufacturer Coordination:
  Work with the parts specialist for staging/inventory and liaise with brand representatives.
• Operational Management:
  Track service calls, calculate bonus structures, and maintain clear, authoritative communication across all departments.
• Special Case Field Deployment:
  Handle escalated or complex VIP service cases in the field.

• Mandatory:
  Proven field experience in appliance repair and diagnostics, highly effective communication skills, and administrative competence.
• Trainable:
  Dispatching, routing, and POS workflows.

  8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

  Althea Suite POS (On-the-job training provided)
