  • Perform hands-on construction work when appropriate to maintain production or support
  • the team.

  • building systems, construction processes, and how all components of a building work
  • together.
  • Demonstrates strong computer literacy and is proficient in the technology and software
  • required to effectively manage modern construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, quality, and schedule.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
  • Identify constructability issues, conflicts, and potential problems before they impact the

  • Communicate field conditions, schedule impacts, and project needs to the Project
  • Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager on changes, RFIs, submittals, and other project
  • requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct and document quality-control inspections and project milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation including daily reports, photos, manpower, and
  • production information.
  • Take ownership of project completion, punch list, and turnover.
What You Own

As the Superintendent, you own the field operation.

You are responsible for making sure the project is safe, organized, productive, on schedule,
