Coverage Type: General Surgery Call Coverage
Dates Needed: April 6, 7, 9, 17, 18, 19, 20 (7 10 days per month ongoing potential)
Setting: Hospital-Based
Trauma Level: Non-Trauma Center
EMR: Epic
Call Schedule: Variable
Call Ratio: Solo General Surgeon on call
Average Surgical Volume: 2 cases per day
Operating Rooms: 5
General Surgeons in Practice: 2
OR Staff: Well-trained and experienced team
Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Candidates must be comfortable performing:
Adult General Surgical Cases
Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
GI Endoscopy:
Colonoscopy
Upper Endoscopy (EGD)
BC/BE in General Surgery
Comfortable with independent call coverage
Proficient with Epic EMR
Strong laparoscopic and endoscopy skill set
