Overview

Pediatric Hospitalist Practice Medical Director – Tiffin, OH. Your role will blend clinical excellence with leadership, overseeing a high‑quality inpatient pediatric program at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital while contributing to strategic quality initiatives and staff development.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the pediatric hospitalist program.
• Maintain an active inpatient pediatric practice, including daytime rounding.
• Serve out‑of‑house call with a 30‑minute response time.
• Medical direction and oversight of pediatric inpatient services.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and best practices.
• Participate in deliveries and perform newborn circumcisions as requested.
• Coordinate stabilization and transport when needed.
• Support physician scheduling, mentoring, and program development.

• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics.
• Leadership experience – director level preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Ohio medical licensure.
