Job Description
Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in Northwest Ohio for a physician interested in an established practice with a four day workweek.
Opportunity highlights- Full time employed outpatient Family Medicine role
- Monday through Thursday schedule
- Established and busy practice on a hospital campus
- Existing patient population with room to accept new patients
- Full spectrum care from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Minor office procedures included
- Gradual ramp up with longer templates for new physicians
- Optional hospitalist shifts available for additional variety and income
- Base salary of $253,000
- Additional incentive income available
- Sign on bonus up to $100,000
- Student loan assistance available
- Relocation assistance available
- Paid time off, CME support, and supplemental retirement benefits
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Ohio license or ability to obtain
- New graduates may be considered
- No visa candidates at this time
