This role enables you to broaden your expertise as an Intervention Specialist. Working from August 25th through May 28th, 2027, you'll be delivering specialized, push-in services for a group of twelve middle school students. By collaborating in new educational settings, you'll build your skill set and stay on the leading edge of special education practices, while also developing your resume with diverse workplace and leadership experiences.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Current certification or licensure in Special Education or as an Intervention Specialist
  • Experience working with middle school students, preferably in a push-in service model
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated push-in services within classrooms for 6-8th grade students
  • Implement and monitor individualized education plans
  • Work closely with general education teachers to support student success
  • Track progress, modify strategies, and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
