- Day shift schedule, 5x8‑hour shifts (8:00–17:00)
- Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day, to be confirmed during interview
- Productivity expectation of 6 points per day / 30 points per week
- Territory covers up to a 60‑mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory is expected
- EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
- iPad provided for clinical use
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
- Orientation held on Tuesdays; modules completed during orientation
- Timely documentation and communication are mandatory
- On‑call rotation may be required – discuss during interview
- No scheduled on‑call requirement as part of the standard assignment
- Travel pairs accepted; each traveler assigned own territory and requires own transportation
- Former permanent employees must have been separated for at least 6 months of HR approval before returning as a traveler
- Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at application time
- Scrubs required in any color; jeans not permitted
- Personal cell phone not required; an iPad will be provided
- Active OT license required; license in hand required for consideration
- Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant OT experience required
- OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC)
- Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active driver's license and personal vehicle required
- First‑time travelers will not be considered for this position
