At Autumnwood Care Center, we are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to join our team. As an Activities Aide, you will play a vital role in creating a engaging and enjoyable environment for our residents. • Assist the Activities Director in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities for residents, including games, arts and crafts, and social events
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents to understand their interests and abilities, and tailor activities accordingly
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
• Encourage and support residents in their daily activities, such as exercise classes, music therapy, and hobbies
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized activity plans
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity areas

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Does NOT Require CNA License

We offer a competitive salary range of $13 - $14 HOURLY
