Press Operator - 2nd Shift - $20.25 Per Hour.

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Basic math proficiency
• Attention to detail for quality inspections
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling (up to 20 lbs.)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Prior manufacturing or press operation experience
• Familiarity with gauges and measurement tools (e.g., calipers)

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
• Support safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment
