Join our team as a Press Operator on the 3rd shift and play a vital role in producing high-quality automotive plastic components. This position offers an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing valuable skills. You will operate, monitor, and maintain presses to ensure products meet strict quality standards, adhering to safety protocols every step of the way.

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work standing, walking, and repetitively handling up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

• Prior manufacturing or press operation experience
• Experience with measuring tools such as calipers

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous production or press operation background is a plus but not mandatory; training provided for motivated candidates

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Committed to safety and maintaining a clean workspace
