Are you passionate about pain management and eager to make a difference in patients’ lives? Mercy Health Willard Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic team and help us expand access to our valued patients across Willard, Tiffin, and Toledo, OH.

As an APC with our practice, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our pain management services and improving patient access. Your addition to the team will help reduce wait times and streamline appointment availability. You’ll collaborate closely with our physicians and provide exceptional care within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some extended hours; virtual visits are available.
• Responsibilities:
  Follow-up patient office visits, pain management consultations, and collaboration with physicians.
• Locations:
  Work primarily in Willard and Tiffin, with occasional shifts in Toledo, OH.
• Support:
  You will have dedicated practice support with a 1:1 ratio of CMA or LPN to provider.
