Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 2nd & 3rd Shift

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to licensed nurses and other healthcare team members
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other medical procedures as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in care planning and goal-setting activities with residents and healthcare team members

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
