Compensation and Schedule

Base pay: $36.01 per hour, with the first increase in 180 days to $36.65. Additional supplements include $3.60 per hour for 3rd shift, $5.40 hourly recruitment supplement, and $1.50 shift differential for hours between 3 PM and 7 AM. Annual increases occur yearly, and a longevity supplement is added after five years of service. Starting pay with all supplements will be $45.01 for 3rd shift.

  • Every other weekend off
  • Subject to mandatory hours
Responsibilities
  • Medication and treatment administration.
  • Assess residents based on direct‑care staff concerns and post‑incident situations.
  • Complete documentation: 24‑hour report, nursing notes, medication administration record, physician orders, and essential healthy lifestyle plans.
  • Act as liaison with physicians, communicating medical concerns of residents and informing the team of treatment recommendations.
  • Attend meetings such as medication reviews, admission/discharge conferences, and special team meetings.
  • Assist with physical exams of individuals.
  • Prepare and file medical related documents.
  • Work every other weekend; mandatory hours required.
Qualifications
  • Current license as a registered professional nurse in the state of Ohio issued by the Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of the Revised Code.
