You will provide ADA-recognized diabetes self-management education to inpatients and outpatients, in group or individual settings, guided by Standards of Care and teaching principles.
The role requires a BSN and at least 2 years of clinical care delivery experience, plus EMR proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
