We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at Autumnwood Care Centre in Tiffin, OH, USA. As a key member of our education and development team, you will play a vital role in improving the skills and knowledge of nursing staff, promoting high-quality patient care, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.

• Develop and implement training programs and curricula to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff, in collaboration with other department leaders and subject matter experts
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to promote clinical excellence and adherence to organizational standards
• Evaluate and track the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that support high-quality patient care
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve training programs and patient outcomes
