Outside Sales Specialist

BEST ONE TIRE&SERVICE is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to grow commercial and fleet business for our tire and automotive service offerings. In this field-based role, you will prospect and visit customers, understand their vehicle and maintenance needs, and present tailored tire and service solutions. You'll manage a sales territory, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with service teams to ensure safe, reliable vehicle care.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial and fleet accounts for tires and automotive services
• Manage and grow an assigned territory through regular in-person client visits
• Consult with customers to understand vehicle, tire, and service needs and propose solutions
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations to decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines to close sales
• Coordinate with service locations to schedule installations and service appointments
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including pipeline, activities, and account history
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategy
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales, margin, and growth targets
• Represent Best-One Tire & Service at industry events, trade shows, and community activities
