This foreman will work with supervisors and estimators to supervise roofing service and maintenance crews. Responsibilities include training the production and maintenance workforce and ensuring the completion of assigned jobs.

• Attend training meetings as requested by management.
• Perform job set‑up and oversee small jobs.
• Communicate with customers and maintain good working relationships when required.
• Possess a working knowledge of detailed drawings and specifications.
• Understand warranty terms and requirements to install warranty work.
• Acquire knowledge of basics in associated sheet metal, including measurements and installation of drip edge, gravel stop, coping, counter flashings, and terminations.
• Complete all jobs and prepare for inspection.
• Communicate with the Project Manager concerning needs to expand scope or modify design changes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record and successful background check.
• Must not be afraid of heights and must be able to position an extension ladder to access roof for inspection/survey.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner, promoting the organization positively and productively.
• Other critical skills: planning & organizing, problem identification/resolution, multi‑tasking, follow‑through skills, ability to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner, and a sense of urgency.
