What is the PIVOT Recovery Program?The PIVOT Recovery Program is a specialized court program that supports individuals with substance use and mental health disorders in achieving a sober, law-abiding, and productive lifestyle. Through a structured, phase-based approach, participants receive intensive supervision, treatment, case management, and accountability. The program is a collaborative effort between the court, probation, and treatment providers, focusing on behavior change, recovery support, and long-term success.
Position OverviewThe Case Manager for the PIVOT Recovery Program provides direct support and supervision to program participants involved in the recovery court. This position focuses on case coordination, participant accountability, and connecting individuals to appropriate treatment and community resources.
Key Responsibilities- Meet regularly with participants
- Monitor compliance with program requirements
- Coordinate with treatment providers and community partners
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
- Assist with individualized case plans and goals
- Provide referrals for treatment, housing, employment, and support services
- Attend court and team meetings
- Experience in social work, criminal justice, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma required (Associate’s or bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery principles, and local resources
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with case management or community supervision
This position operates in an office and court setting with regular interaction with participants.
Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and relevant experience
