Job Summary
ABAC’s Department of Science and Mathematics seeks qualified adjunct faculty to teach mathematics courses on a part‑time, temporary basis. Faculty may instruct one or two courses per semester as the department needs.
Courses- MATH 1111 – College Algebra
- MATH 0999 – Support of College Algebra
- MATH 1001 – Quantitative Reasoning
- MATH 0997 – Support of Quantitative Reasoning
- MATH 1112 – Trigonometry
- MATH 1401 – Introduction to Statistics
Courses are offered in a traditional face‑to‑face format or online, depending on departmental needs. Teaching may take place at ABAC’s main site in Tifton, the instructional site in Bainbridge, or in partnership with regional high schools to support dual enrollment.
Required Qualifications- Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 credits of graduate coursework in mathematics.
- Evidence of successful teaching of college‑level coursework.
