Position Summary
The Journey Kids Director provides leadership, vision, and oversight for Journey Kids (birth–5th grade) at Journey Church. This role exists to partner with families in helping children become lifelong disciples of Jesus by creating safe, engaging, and spiritually formative environments where kids can learn to live and love like Jesus.
Responsibilities- Recruit, train, equip, and care for volunteers, ensuring alignment with Journey Church's mission.
- Ensure all aspects of the ministry align with the mission of Journey Church: becoming a missional community of disciples learning to live and love like Jesus.
- Report directly to the Lead Pastor and serve as a key leader within the Family Ministry department.
