Industrial Client Service Manager - Water​/Wastewater

Are you an experienced professional in industrial water and wastewater management? CDM Smith is looking for a passionate Industrial Client Service Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our industrial business unit. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities, securing exciting projects, and nurturing relationships with our key clients.

Your contributions will include:

• Driving business development and client engagement for major industrial clients in sectors such as hi-tech facilities.
• Building and sustaining valuable relationships with industrial clients.
• Collaborating with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver top-quality projects.
• Working with our innovative technology team to implement cutting‑edge project delivery tools.
• Formulating and executing strategies that contribute to the growth and success of CDM Smith.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required.
• Equivalent additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Experience in consulting, design, and EPC business development within industrial markets.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
