Operations Manager
We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative and clinical functions, support staff, and ensure smooth community operations.

- Maintain compliance with documentation and inspections
- Support communication with residents, families, and staff
- Manage office operations, scheduling, and purchasing
- Prepare reports, track budgets, and organize meetings

- Adheres to the scope of practice for nursing license per state regulatory guidelines.
- Is responsible for the proper performance of duties as outlined for Assisted Living Facilities
- Ensures that residents maintain appropriate health and safety needs and is responsible for the safe transfer of those residents who are beyond the capability of the facility.
- Maintains and monitors MARs on a regular basis and ensures accuracy. Check and store medication upon receipt of medication order.
- Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly, using nursing judgment and communicating with the Director of Health and Wellness. Sets priorities in implementing resident plans of care, checks resident scheduled physician appointments, needed diagnostic tests, etc.
- Ensures that all resident plans of care are current and appropriate
- Georgia Registered Nurse License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ Years Experience in Personal Care Home Management or equivalent
- Teamwork – Balances team and individual responsibilities;
Exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views. - Quality Management – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently.
- Ethics – Follows through on commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values.
- Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to management direction; results‑oriented and committed to achieving objectives and tasks as required.
