As a Behavior Technician (BT) /Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate data and document client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinical team members
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus
- Active registration with the BACB
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
- Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
- Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
