Administer medications according to the Medication Administration Record while following the six rights (resident, drug, dosage, time, route, documentation);
Document all medication actions clearly and accurately, including doses given, held, refused, or discontinued;
Maintain a clean, organized medication cart/cabinet and ensure it is stocked as needed;
Provide resident treatments and follow individual service plans as directed;
Observe for adverse reactions or changes in condition and report promptly to the Wellness Nurse or supervisor
