Inventory Control - 3rd Shift

Responsible for auditing daily inventory reports. Perform order and truck audits to ensure accuracy. Develop customer relations. Identify problems through root cause analysis that impact inventory.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8 PM - 6 AM

• Audit any of the daily inventory reports: transits, lost sales, back stock audits, deleted locations, receipt exceptions, and out of stock.
• Prepare defective merchandise for disposition, which includes contacting vendors.
• Prepare shipments for return to vendors.
• Communicate with vendors and buyers, customers and customer service when a problem exists with merchandise.
• Prepare manifest for salvage and schedule pick up.
• Excellent attendance and reliable predictability a must.
• Adhere to DC housekeeping guidelines.
• Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.

• Committed to a high standard of safety and willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Willing and able to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and ability to create charts.
• Good math and reading skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management.
• Attention to detail essential and demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain records accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a can do attitude.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
