Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Area Director of Sales to drive sales strategies, optimize revenue, and build lasting client relationships across multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales efforts align with our mission to elevate relationships, reputation, and returns in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility.
  • Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth.
  • Monitor account performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and sales data.
  • Engage with existing accounts regularly and manage ongoing sales opportunities through a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with hotel operations and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and community partners to drive business growth.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads across all market segments and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Qualifications
  • Hilton experience preferred
  • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary for business.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Compensation

$65,000 - $70,000 yearly
