Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales personnel and their performance at a location. This involves leading the sales process and developing people, with the goal to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The individual will practice excellent organization and time management, communicate effectively, listen actively, and solve problems creatively. The Retail Sales Representative will have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, with enthusiasm and integrity.

• Participate in hiring, training and developing a team of sales consultants.
• Collaborate with the sales location’s office and operations staff to maximize sales center efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide positive leadership in implementation and adherence to the Palm Harbor sales system and operating principles.
• Demonstrate self-confidence and a strong work ethic.
• Achieve high performance with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Maintain strong interpersonal skills in communication, problem resolution and motivation of others.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to set clear priorities for self and others.
• Be disciplined and able to follow structure and systematic approaches.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

• Two years of sales experience with the company and/or the industry.
• College education preferred.
• No prior corrective counseling events.
