• Repair potholes, street cuts, and roadway shoulders.
• Operate trucks, rollers, and other construction equipment.
• Set up traffic control and help keep work zones safe.
• Assist with snow removal, sanding, and storm response activities.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Track work orders and maintain project records.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license; CDL Class A or B preferred.
• Experience in construction, outdoor labor, heavy equipment operation, or public works is a plus.
• Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and work as part of a team.

• Work outdoors instead of behind a desk.
