Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety checks on tractor/trailer and trailer in accordance with DOT regulations;
Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver and unload food and food-related products to customers on scheduled routes;
Verify deliveries, obtain customer signatures, and handle cash or checks as required;
Maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and item counts; ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of freight;
Keep work areas clean, report safety hazards, and complete necessary post-shift paperwork
