Parts Delivery/Warehouse position open at Tifton, GA Location

Four-Star Freightliner is the Southeast region’s leading heavy and medium-duty truck dealer that offers a comprehensive line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use.

We are looking for a dependable, energetic & detail-oriented person with experience in Parts Delivery person to add to the team in our Tifton, GA dealership. The Parts Delivery- coordinates closely with the Parts Department to get the right parts to the customers on time.

Essential Functions Include but are not limited to:

• Pick and pull parts from the warehouse to fill orders
• Ensure that the parts being delivered match the customer’s invoice
• Must deliver customer parts in timely, accurate, safe, and friendly pickups to and from customer locations
• Maintain continuous communication with Parts team as to customer needs may arise while on delivery
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained
• Must report any truck repairs to the Parts Manager or designated parts department team member
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed (e.g., put away stock, drive forklift, clean, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle, and lift parts.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to OSHA Standards in some areas

Additionally,

• Must be able to lift items to 50 pounds consistently.
• Must be 19 years or older with Clean Driving record
• Must pass a Drug test and Background check
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle, and lift parts.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to OSHA Standards in some areas
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in Parts delivery or delivery of goods for at least 2 years, plus.
• Valid Driver’s License as well as outstanding driving records
• Forklift experience would be a plus
