Material Handler
- Repack Orders
Primarily responsible for the support of the DC by efficiently picking merchandise located in all order filling zones and labeling each carton in a manner which promotes ease of identification and scanning.
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday 7 AM - 3 PM. Specific responsibilities include accurately picking and labeling merchandise from primary pick locations, identifying units of measure, identifying correct merchandise and accounting for damaged merchandise, preparing orders for transport to customers, meeting quality and productivity standards, taking direction from Supervisor, excellent attendance and reliable predictability, adhering to DC housekeeping guidelines, and performing all other tasks and duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma preferred, commitment to a high standard of safety, excellent attendance record, willingness and ability to work overtime when needed, good comprehension, organizational, and math skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management, ability to maintain records accurately and demonstrate problem solving skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines, being a team player with a can do attitude, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
