Staff Accountant - Accounting Specialist

Pay: $30-$35+/hr DOE

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Put your accounting experience to work in a hands-on Staff Accountant role supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions. This position is a great fit for someone who is already comfortable working independently with debits, credits, client books, and tax-related work.

• Maintain and update client accounting records
• Make and edit journal entries
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
• Review accounts for accuracy and proper classification
• Work with debits, credits, and general ledger accounts
• Assist with preparation and review of tax returns
• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Provide general accounting support as needed
