DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized part time Corporate Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Team. This role provides key administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Chairman & CEO, as well as other members of the executive leadership team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant supporting the Chairman & CEO and other executives.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics across multiple leaders.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Support travel arrangements, itinerary coordination, and expense reporting.
- Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail) with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
- Assist with special projects, research, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and electronic filing systems for corporate records.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive executive and company information at all times.
- Help keep the executive office running efficiently by anticipating and supporting administrative needs.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines while contributing to a professional, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sense of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support wherever needed.
- Comfort working with technology and learning new systems.
Job Skills
- Typing speed of at least 65 words per minute with accuracy.
- Proficient in 10-key by touch.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize workload and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
- Strong follow-through and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Experience in a corporate, distribution, supply chain, or construction environment is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
