Apply by sending your resume and a short introduction about your experience with motorcycles. What You’ll Do- Perform maintenance and repairs on Triumph motorcycles and other brands as needed
- Complete factory-scheduled services, diagnostics, and warranty repairs
- Accurately document work performed on repair orders
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new motorcycles
- Install accessories and performance upgrades
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members about repair status and findings
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
- Motorcycle technician experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills
- Passion for motorcycles and riding culture
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
- Ability to lift and move motorcycles with proper equipment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience working with European motorcycles
- Factory training or certification
- Electrical and diagnostic experience
- Performance or accessory installation experience
- Competitive hourly or flat-rate pay (depending on experience)
