Automotive Detailer (Car Washer)

Location:

13320 SW Pacific Hwy, Tigard, OR 97223. Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Saturday: OFF

Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior – cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place in Lost & Found; verify registration.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness of the branch location.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
