The Lead plays a pivotal leadership role within the Operations Department, overseeing day‑to‑day activities while driving process excellence in their department. Reporting to the Operations Manager
, this individual serves as a key point of contact for cross‑functional collaboration and is responsible for ensuring team execution, operational accuracy, and the integrity of all high‑value collectible assets.

As a senior member of the team, the Lead sets the standard for execution and quality, mentors team members, and helps shape process improvements that scale with the business. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven leadership role ideal for someone with a passion for collectibles, a deep understanding of process workflows, and a proven ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead daily operations in your respective department; ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Coach and mentor Operations Associates to uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks across asset preparation, including image and video review for auction readiness.
• Ensure accuracy in all areas and processes in the department. Ensure team members are following standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Act as a liaison with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Imaging, Raw Card Ingestion, Auction, and Logistics) to align on priorities and resolve issues.
• Manage and monitor orders/submissions, ensuring all packages are properly processed and documented within the target SLA.
• Track and audit inventory, ensuring records are consistently updated and storage conditions meet quality standards.
• Proactively identify and elevate discrepancies, rush orders, or exceptions and lead resolution efforts.
• Support process improvements, training initiatives, and documentation to optimize operations as the team scales.

• 1+ year of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management (experience in collectibles or e‑commerce strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a team setting, with experience training or mentoring others.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively across departments.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
