Hybrid Estimator — Structural & Commercial Construction

Opti Staffing is seeking an Estimator in the Portland Metro Area who possesses knowledge in construction and has estimating experience. Responsibilities include preparing estimates and bids for structural and commercial projects, working with PMs and engineers for accurate pricing, and performing quantity takeoffs. Candidates should have construction experience, ideally in structural framing and heavy commercial work, with exposure to estimating software.
