Double Tree Portland Tigard is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure a friendly and efficient guest experience upon arrival and throughout their stay. You will manage check-ins and check-outs and handle guests’ inquiries while coordinating with other departments to meet their requests.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Benefits include group insurance, paid time off, and a company-matched 401(k) plan.
