Receptionist

BMW of Tigard, a Holman family‑owned automotive services organization, is hiring a front‑line receptionist to represent the dealership and provide high‑level customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Use premium‑brand telephone techniques and etiquette. Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
  • Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Track/log sales customers in systems and help keep dealership availability updated.
  • Make a friendly and premium‑brand appearance.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and route them to the appropriate person or take and relay messages as needed.
  • Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
  • Assist with various arrangements (e.g., rides) for clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Arrange refreshments for business meetings, including organizing working lunches.
  • Assist Sales Department management with various administrative tasks in support of operations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, preferably at a premium brand.
  • Must project a positive, smiling demeanor in person and over the phone.
  • Good listening and information retention skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Team‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen.
Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $22.50 per hour (competitive). Preferred schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday.
