Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited dental school, active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain), and certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI.

Compensation & Benefits:Salary ranges from $175,000 to $400,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K with match, life insurance, CE credits, malpractice coverage, and license/DEA reimbursement.
