Position Summary

As a Wellness Clinic Coordinator, you’ll support doctors and patients in a high‑volume practice, ensuring efficient care and fostering community relationships. You will be a trusted advisor, helping patients achieve wellness through education and sales of memberships.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute clinic administrative processes and patient support tasks.
  • Assist patients with paperwork and point‑of‑sale transactions.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization.
  • Handle patient and visitor complaints, directing them to appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Sell memberships and package offerings, using persuasive communication.
  • Call in patients and manage walk‑in inquiries.
  • Track daily and monthly performance goals.
  • Educate patients on wellness services and offerings.
  • Ensure accurate and current member accounts.
  • Perform transaction completion using point‑of‑sale software.
Part‑Time/Variable Employees – Benefits and Compensation
  • Oregon Sick Leave (OSL) – accrue and use in accordance with state law.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Confident in presenting and selling service offerings.
  • Excellent multitasker with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and educate patients.
  • Professional appearance and appropriate attire.
  • Charming demeanor and enthusiastic customer‑service approach.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Proficient with computer, scanner, phone system, and Microsoft Office.
