This is a part-time, on-site role located in Tigard, OR, for a Physical Therapy Aide. The Physical Therapy Aide will assist licensed physical therapists by supporting patient care, preparing treatment areas, setting up equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the clinic. Additional responsibilities include guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring their comfort, and providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication with both patients and team members is essential to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
Qualifications- Strong foundational knowledge in Physical Therapy and Exercise Physiology.
- Experience in providing compassionate and effective Patient Care and Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal Communication skills to work collaboratively with patients and team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to assist patients with mobility safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant education in physical therapy-related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is advantageous.
