Physical Therapist - Hand Therapy

Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist with a focus on Hand Therapy for a well-established rehabilitation clinic in Tigard, Oregon
. This role primarily treats patients requiring specialized hand therapy services but may also include treating general orthopedic conditions.
The selected candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services designed to improve function, mobility, and independence.
Experience with
hand therapy and custom splint fabrication is highly preferred.
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options including four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
.
A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for qualified external candidates and eligible rehires.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with hand and upper extremity conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to restore strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Fabricate and adjust splints as needed for treatment and recovery
- Treat a mix of hand therapy and general orthopedic cases
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Experience with hand therapy or splinting techniques preferred
