Paramedic Basic – Portland

We are seeking passionate Paramedics dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care with both basic and advanced medical skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing call situations and determining appropriate actions following protocols
• Using medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids to deliver advanced care
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide reassurance
• Leading scene and unit management when necessary
• Driving ambulances during emergency responses
• Collaborating professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel
• Participating in community outreach programs to promote positive relations

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED
• State Paramedic License and Driver’s License
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
• Valid driving record and ability to pass physical agility tests
• Healthcare experience preferred
