This position requires an active, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant state license (or verifiable eligibility, such as completion of an accredited program PTA and required exams); applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered, and candidates are responsible for confirming their qualifications prior to applying.

• Compensation Package: $26.00-$33.00/hr + up to $2,500/month in bonuses every 4 weeks — up to $32,500 a year in bonuses
