IT Support, Systems Administrator
We’re seeking a Network Administrator who brings both technical depth and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you’ll support core infrastructure, modern cloud tools like Microsoft Intune and Teams, and the A/V and network systems that keep our organization running smoothly. End User Support & WorkstationsProvide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations.
Manage the full lifecycle of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and docking stations.
Administer M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups.
Ensure endpoint compliance by maintaining antivirus definitions and OS patch levels.
Enroll and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and laptops using Microsoft Intune.
Package and deploy applications and configuration profiles to remote and on-site devices.
Monitor and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues across switches, VLANs, and wireless access points.
Perform physical cabling, port patching, and rack organization as needed.
Configure and support Teams Phone for voice.
Assist with the monitoring of server health and virtual machines (VMware/Nutanix).
Perform routine server maintenance, including updates and resource allocation adjustments.
Monitor backup jobs and assist with data recovery requests to ensure business continuity.
Assist public meetings scheduled during your on-call rotation (Evenings).
Respond to incidents during your on-call rotation (After hours).
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Five (5) years of responsible network management, computer systems, systems analysis, or related experience.
Schedule:
5 days/8 hours a day (Monday-Friday)
Important:
This role is part of the on-call rotation and requires you to be onsite 5 days a week (no remote work options).
