We’re seeking a Network Administrator who brings both technical depth and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you’ll support core infrastructure, modern cloud tools like Microsoft Intune and Teams, and the A/V and network systems that keep our organization running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help shape a secure, connected, and forward-looking technology environment.

End User Support & Workstations
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and docking stations.

Microsoft 365 & Security
  • Administer M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups.

  • Ensure endpoint compliance by maintaining antivirus definitions and OS patch levels.

MDM/MAM & Intune
  • Enroll and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and laptops using Microsoft Intune.

  • Package and deploy applications and configuration profiles to remote and on-site devices.

Network & Telephony
  • Monitor and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues across switches, VLANs, and wireless access points.

  • Perform physical cabling, port patching, and rack organization as needed.

  • Configure and support Teams Phone for voice.

Server & Virtualization
  • Assist with the monitoring of server health and virtual machines (VMware/Nutanix).

  • Perform routine server maintenance, including updates and resource allocation adjustments.

  • Monitor backup jobs and assist with data recovery requests to ensure business continuity.

Meeting & On-Call Support
  • Assist public meetings scheduled during your on-call rotation (Evenings).

  • Respond to incidents during your on-call rotation (After hours).

Education and Experience
  • Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • Five (5) years of responsible network management, computer systems, systems analysis, or related experience.

Schedule:

5 days/8 hours a day (Monday-Friday)

Important:
This role is part of the on-call rotation and requires you to be onsite 5 days a week (no remote work options).
